I have tried phoning and using online chat and have between last night and today wasted over 5 hours and not managed to speak to anyone.
The site had a complete melt-down last night, and some people are still having trouble accessing their accounts. I recommend trying later.
They don't have an email address for customer services.0 -
Does anyone know an email address for eBay's customer service department?, in the contact section it mentions they can be contacted via email but doesn't tell you what it is, I have tried phoning and using online chat and have between last night and today wasted over 5 hours and not managed to speak to anyone.
