Can changes be made to an earlier claim

Your advice wanted.

Few weeks ago put in a claim for bank charges which have totalled just over five thousand pounds. But I have missed a few things out and wanted to know if I could submit an amendment to my first claim.

1) Bank only sent me five and a half years, not the full six years as I originally requested. Should I ask for this now after I have already submitted my claim with the formal covering letter, and included with this was a spreadsheet highlighting relevent dates and the charges.

2) I nether calculated the interest, as you can imagine this will come to quite a bit. Again do you think I should re-submit this in my second request?

3) Can we go back further than six years to making theses claims?

Need to act pretty quick now, as to date I have had 2 acknowledgment letters from the bank to say they are dealing with my complaint.

Regards Gina
