letter from the court

help
Trying to claim £2800.00 of nat west bank. Offered me 1600.00 but did not accept. started court proceeding which they put in a defence for , then got a letter of there defence. Next had a letter stated the court was being moved to my local court. Today i have received a letter from the court stating i have til the 26th july to file in court which i dont understand and send to the defendant a list(not copy bank statements showing the relevant account numbers and the date and amount of each charge included in claim. The defendant may file a further defence by 9th august 2007. What do i do dont understand it all help
