PCN for not parked correctly within the markings of a bay space

none at all in my opinion , they just want the extra cash
hence you send the template letter on day 21 and see what transpires
you save all your ammunition for popla , where you use it to full effect, and win0 -
Zero of course. And don't talk about the bay lines and give away who was driving - please just follow the Newbies thread. & appeal around day 21 or 22.Got it on "relevant land" and POFA 2012. Many thanks.
So what do you think the chances are of them cancelling the PCN, given that the bay markings were not clear?
But you will win at POPLA 100% using our simple two-template appeal system and wording.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just out of interest, why not talk about the bay lines? Is it because it's useful for the 2nd stage appeal, or simply, isn't relevant at all?
THanks again.0 -
It won't win at POPLA and if people add to the template appeal they are likely to accidentally say who was driving without meaning to, saying stuff like: 'I parked the car in the bay - when I looked I saw there were two sets of lines' (NOPE)!PRIVATE 'PCN'? Yes, no troubles there, I can write in the third person.
Thanks :-)0 -
Yep you could add it then, but the case won't hinge on it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Doesn't do any harm, tbh. The "evidence" they have is pretty poor. Very blurred, can't tell anything. The photos I have are much better :-)0
