  • its weird because I thought I had to surrender the bike to them as I had no means of paying which I found out now I did not have to surrender the bike they would of had to gone to the courts to take action, as for surrendering the bike what was the point as the account was still running and live but it was just £6000 less to pay but I was still in the same position no work no money and still £10,000 to pay, when I spoke to black horse today they told me it was my responsibility to phone the insurance people twho issued the ppi policy and to tell them I was ill to make a claim but how could I if I did not have a clue what ppi was or what it was for hence the miss selling. im trying to find out from the motorcycle dealer who was the ppi insurance broker back when I took the policy out so I can call them, I thought nothing of anything at the time as I was young and just worried I would have to go to court that's why I handed the bike over but didn't realise that I didn't have to.

It's sounding more and more like it's the surrendering of the bike where you may have a claim, and not the PPI.

I just feel that they pushed me into giving the bike back without discussing all other options like the ppi that I could of put a claim in on and would of still made payments if it was excepted and I if knew what the hell it was.
