Hi all,
In late May I was given a parking notice from Car Parking Partnership (Universities), I ignored a few letters and returned to my family home for the summer at the end of June. Having just returned to university, I have opened four letters from PS&P Ltd with the last dated 22nd July 2014.
This letter was a NOTIFICATION OF COURT PROCEEDINGS and said that seven days from the date of the letter they intended to apply for a summons to be issued against me for non-payment of £110. Alongside this I received all the usual threats of increasing the debt daily, bad credit score and a bailiff coming to my house.
I was wondering what I should do about this? Being that the letter was sent over a month ago could they have possibly given up with trying to get money out of me or is it only a matter of time before I get an official court summons?
Thanks.

Unless its actual court paperwork than its still just threats. We might or we may....
I had debt issues and had tons of them. Nobody ever did.
You need to ask in the parking section though about appealing. Ask a guide to move your post. Or report your own post asking the forum team to move it to the parking section.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

While your university are not able to prevent you graduating because of a parking debt they can probably make life pretty awkward for you for the remainder of your time there, which might include banning you from parking on university property.0
