Tax Credits

Oh my days, I renewed my tax credits on the 16th of June and was told to phone them after 27th august if I haven't heard from them and as I was told I rang them I was told my renewal has been sent to compliance but can't give me a reason 😞 I'm wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this as this is the 11th week I just don't understand why this has happened but can only think of my claiming maternity allowance and my earnings coming down by around £2500. Sorry for long post thanks in advance
