Hi all, quick query and perhaps wishful thinking - but does anyone know a sure fire way to actually speak to an advisor regarding CTC?!
I have been trying to contact them (using the number on letter) regarding a change in childcare costs. Each time I phone I have to give details and then an automated voice tells me that the advisors are too busy and the line goes dead.
Tried about 20 times yesterday and 8 so far this morning - rage!
Many thanks

Good luck with that, I managed to get through on my 4th attempt at 8.10am this morning but the automated voice is infuriating. No way around it as far as I can tell.
It did honestly drive me around the twist.0 -
It's the most infuriating automated voice out. I lost the plot with it last week too! So much so when I finally got through to a real person I was in such a irritated state I didn't get all the information I needed.
Even when I rang at 08:00 I was still on hold for 30 mins. Good luck. Put your phone on speaker and have a coffee whilst you wait if you get past the putting phone down on you by lovely automated person.0 -
01355 359007, I got through straight away.Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0

Thanks for replies, have tried another 20 odd times today with no luck, will try again first thing in the morning.
It's the having the call cut off that puts me in such a rage
I'm seriously wondering whether it's worth telling them of the increase in childcare costs (£22.50 a week):(
I tried that number raven83, but it cut me off saying that number was only for people calling from abroad
