Moulded plastic hook broken on fridge door

There was a moulded plastic hook on my fridge door that has been broken. The bottle shelf used to slide onto it. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix it without buying a complete new fridge door?

Pvc weld..... Glue....

I don't have the piece so would need to create a new one.
