Flow Frustration

Anyone else have Flow Energy as dual-fuel supplier? If so you'll know that it's impossible on their website to click through to your actual energy consumption when you check your on-line account - just your monthly debit/credit. I first raised this with them months ago, when they acknowledged that there was a temporary fault that was being urgently addressed - I think obviously not. To be absolutely fair, they do send a detailed PDF statement on request, but I can't understand why they don't tackle the problem at source. They must have at least one person permanently compiling PDFs and mailing them full-time.
