IAS appeal - successful

Got an email from IAS today to confirm that CMS Ltd. have cancelled my pcn.
I appealed as the registered keeper on the following grounds:
1. non-compliant notice to keeper (arrived 90+ days)
2. insufficient signage
3. PCN was not a genuine pre-estimate of loss
Note of interest: I originally posted my appeal to IAS, before going on holiday, and had it returned by IPC (curious!) informing me to use the IAS website to appeal. This time delay took me over the 21days deadline, but I contacted the IAS and explained that they had had the appeal in writing on their premises (I'd sent it registered post) and they gave me a further 5 days to appeal.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE ON THE FORUM WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PCN THREADS

Well done rustyshaz.:T
As IAS Appeals are 'under development' here, it would be helpful if you could scan in your appeal, along with site and alleged naughtiness:-)CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
