HI
I am a newbie but I've been reading about how to appeal to the POPLA for around 3 weeks now. The thing is I am a bit confused and I cannot choose which version of POPLA appeals is correct. My husband stood just for 10 seconds at the roadway leading to airport as one of our children was vomiting and he went to the boot for a plastic bag ,. He was alone in a car with 2 children then as the were heading to pick me up from an Airport. And apparently he got caught by a van .He could not see any of the signs and nothing but when he stopped he finally spotted those . Then he drove back to tell the van guy what have happend and the guy said he would have put an AA below the registration and assured m husband he would have not recieve the fine. But it happend and I wrote the appeal and emailed to VCS but we got rejected. Please show me which thread or if you would be so much helpfull which appeal should I paste and copy in order to win. Language barrier is a main point why I am confused , I would not say I am a woman and that is why
I would be really gratefull and I would like to mention I have a 17 days to appeal.

This is this one you want to use.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Nope. It is land that is not relevant for keeper liability. Which is exactly why I sent the OP to that particular thread as it deals with keeper liability.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking.
