This has been quite a long process but, i'm getting there, thanks to Martin and his site.
Anyway, any help would be cool.
Thanks guys

Hi guys,
I'm sorting out my paperwork to hand to the judge tomorrow and i was wondering if anyone had any tips, or maybe a template letter i could use.
Lloyds then have 2 weeks to submit there side.
I've got this far i don't want to mess up now!
Any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks guys0 -
As you say Lloyds then have 2 weeks to submit their case what exactly is it you are going to court for tomorrow, is this a full hearing or something else?0

Hi, thanks for replying.
No its not a full hearing. I have to submit and serve a schedule setting out every item in dispute. I'm not in front of the judge. Lloyds the have 2 weeks to submit there side.
Basically, i'm claiming £2600 worth of charges, they've offered their £750 usual offer which i refused. I was just wondering if anyone had any pointers to submitting this 'schedule'?0 -
You need to search for ti but there is a "court bundle" on this site somewhere which I hear is essential!
You could have actually accepted that £750 as "part payment" "without prejudice" - meaning that5 you'll take it, but are still ok to go to court.0 -
You need to post exactly what the letter said and what you have been asked for, no point in printing out the entire court bundle if this isn't what has been asked for.
It sounds like you have been asked to send in your list of charges with description and date taken but we need to know if there is anything else you need to submit.0 -
Hi all,
I have to hand in my defense to the court 'serve a schedule setting out each and every item in dispute' in regard to my claim for bank charges against Lloyds. Can any one shed any light on what to serve?
Cheers0 -
As above, the court are not asking for a court bundle, what do you mean by handing in your defence?0

can anybody shed some light on what exactly i should submit to the court tomorrow?
thanks if you can help0
