Fill in your office details and you’ll go into out weekly draw for a chance to win 1 of 5 cases (of 30 bars) every week for five weeks!

T&Cs
Competition will close at 5.00pm on each Friday from 29th August for five weeks.
There will be five weekly winners of the competition running between Monday 25th August and Friday 3rd October.
Prize winners must accept the prize within one week of being notified by emailing info@divinechocolate.com or the prize may be forfeited.
The winner will be notified by email by 6.00pm each Friday.
Delivery date of the prize will be confirmed direct with the recipient via email and must occur within 6 weeks of the prize draw.
The prize, one case of Divine Caramel Bars (x30), is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative and cannot be sold or auctioned. If the case cannot be taken by the winner alternatives cannot be offered.
Only open to residents of the UK. Not open to staff and families of Divine or Maynard Malone.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Only one winner per company can be selected throughout the promotional period.
The winner agrees to being contacted after the prize has been taken for publicity purposes.

form asks for company name, no of empoyees and your role - nothing in there re how big your company needs to be though................
