Does anyone know if there's any other way of chasing up a claim form other than phoning them please?

In short, No. There is no other way to progress chase a new claim form or new application. If you want a quieter time to call them however, I believe Saturday mornings (8am-9am) are best with regards to queue times

Edit: didnt consider writing in. Ooops :-)

Thanks for the replies, having started phoning on Friday of last week, I have finally spoken to someone.
