E mail message today

I have just found a message on my computer saying thank you for your order which is being despatched today charge £179.89 on credit card does not give any details of item or card. The mobile number on the bottom is unobtainable the message is from sales@riederer.co.uk. I have rung up one of my cards who say it is a scam and not to try to open it, unfortunately, I did try to open the attachment as I wanted to see what I was supposed to have ordered. Has anyone else received this it arrived at 10.45 this am.

If it's the one I've seen on Facebook, the number starts with +7 so it's a Russian number and you have to dial 00 instead of the +
