UPVC door sticking

The front door on the new house we have just bought is sticking (wont shut without force and a little lift)
I have a set of hex keys in both metric and imperial size and have tried adjusting the grub screws on the hinge to tighten the door against the frame, this worked on the top as the door pulled in a little, but the screws on the bottom will not take any of the hex keys i have, the size that fits in the hole just turns on itself and the next size up is too big.

Does anyone have any recommendation on what to try ?

Thanks in advance

  • The same key should fit both hinges assuming that the hinges are a matching pair. Could be the head is stripped on the lower hinge
