Parking Charge,letter not received before discount period expired.

I have received a £90 charge several weeks after the incident. I have had no letters prior to this one where the charge would have been £40.
I have been in touch with the Smart Parking company who will investigate no further , so i have contacted Royal Mail and TNT Post and no one will help me any further .
It would be a great help if anyone who has had the same experience could possibly help me in my time of need.

Hmmm... Yet another ghost ticket. This is happening lot just now.

I wouldn't advise wasting your time contacting Smart. They will near-inevitably "find" against you.
