10 minutes on hold at smile

Smile managed to lock my card in July and it won't unlock at a co-op machine (even though that what they told my to do). Gave up after 10 minutes on hold which was after going around their silly phone menu system.
So glad I open a first direct account a few years ago.

I've never had a bank enter a pin in a cash machine or retailer before.
And an unrelated card that 'Smile didn't lock' works?
