PCN issued while i was waiting for space to get my lorry out

While that's good, you should tell Armtrac to shove their goodwill where the sun don't shine. It's nothing to do with goodwill, and everything to do with the fact you were not parked, and so the charge was utterly bogus and gratuitous.I received a letter from Armtrac today, saying that 'as a gesture of goodwill, on this occasion we will cancel the PCN'0 -

Armtrac sent me an email before the NTK window opened acknowledging the appeal, so my employer was and is unaware of any PCN.0 -
