Had a letter of hsbc this morning saying they had paid half of bank charges of credit card providing i don't pursue legal action. They are ringing me back at 1. I want the full ammount what do i need to say to them.

I hope you got it sorted. I would have said that I would only accept as part payment. (As i have done this with another company). Eventually they have to pay it!0
