nearly all payments used to be processed by midnight - now over the last few weeks its well into the early hours and last week it failed and had to be done manually - and again today - tiresome

Yes I picked up on this today with usual standing order (for the monthly cycling of cash) not appearing this a.m. It had gone through by 5pm when I checked later however.

  • They have apologised see the following posted on their site:-

    "Account balances
Thank you to everyone for their patience and understanding yesterday.

All of yesterday's delayed transactions have now been processed, so any payments due to show going in or out of your accounts today are up to date.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused; if it has, let us know and we will see how we can help."
