I have bought four cars on HP over the last ten years with three different finance companies, they all have been paid off , except the current one is still going, how can I check that I have ppi on them and how do I reclaim the payments

You ask the car dealers who you bought the vars from if any PPI was applied.debbie-williamson wrote: »how can I check that I have ppi on them and how do I reclaim the payments
You then decide if you were mis-sold the insurance. Present a robust mis-selling complaint and you may be awarded a refund plus interest. Remember, it's not somehow wrong to have insurance-only if it was mis-sold will it be refunded.
Do note that car dealers were not regulated prior to January 2005, so any complaint about earlier than that can be rejected on that basis alone.0
