Oh thats a bummer:( does it have to be a specific sort?

    Argos to the rescue. :T

I don't like changing style I have got used to my vax find it awkward but have 2 on reserve. :D

One for £49.99 which is exactly same as old one except for watts this one is only 1800w but can live with 200w less. ;)

Will use that while building work going on we will eventually be getting bathroom/kitchen done so lots more dust yet.

The second I have reserved is totally different still a VAX but air one, and lightweight plus 6 years guarantee for £99.99 so thought would keep it in reserve and will be better for my hands, getting that one now while it's still around. :)

Well, going to make the most of this weekend, had a darn hard week at work, so time to relax and enjoy...but I have a poorly finger.

Is it past the watershed?

Not sure whether to ask what you have done to it. ;)

 I'm so jealous of you right now!

(See earlier posts for explanation) :rotfl::rotfl:

Just kidding, have a nice time :p I am actually jealous though but not mad at you :D

Well sometimes you just have to do what YOU want. Its nice to do things together if you both enjoy it but there's no harm in doing what you like alone or with someone who likes doing what you do.
It's fine for him to say he won't enjoy it.....he doesn't have to, but it's not fine for him to say you can't do it without him either.
If he loves you he will want you to be happy. If he's worried, that's ok.......a few phonecalls and texts a day will put his mind at rest.

See my signature. Dont get old and regret all the things you never did ;)

    ASDA Conference Pears (600g)

Why I have been out of the loop for a number of days and not noticed these before now?

    57p

These appear to be 'fairly' good value (even though lost 200g over the years). Morries Conference Pears packs (approx.800g) have been down to very rare 50p low - but not seen that for ages. So, not as good that but, all things being equal, and excluding F&V vouchers for 'free' produce etc., they seem okay.

    ASDA Smartprice Pears (500g)
    89p

    Yeah right:(:rotfl:.
Not very smart, but quite pricey it seems.

Tiny shoes. I bought a vax this week. It was 55 pound on ao.com. So I found it 45 pound on the co op website. I needed one that has a hepa filter. It's much better than my old one.

Thanks rosie will have a look can always just not pick up from argos. :o
  • Several people have given me a few things to think about, thanks for that. I really like the ideas of Larnaca and a Nile Cruise visiting the temples :)

The thing is I've got it into my head now that I really need to visit Dunnottar Castle :o I saw this pic when I changed my PC background picture and I fell in love with it so I did some research and found out it's Dunnottar Castle.

I had look at what other interests were in a 20 mile radius and found there were at least 21 relating to history and heritage. Scottish people are so lucky to have all this heritage. I live in Manchester and we have a few things of interest nearby but nothing like 21 places of interest, which would be just amazing to live near

Thinking about it I don't think it would cost that much, OH was just trying to put me off going on about the cost but we have our Scottish National Trust Membership (which is cheaper than the English one and valid in all the same places all over Britain). I'm thinking about £120 in fuel.

I said to OH if I can save up £3000 can we each choose a holiday and he agreed. He doesn't think I'll be able to but he'll be wrong, I'll cut his takeaways to the bare minimum or start making him pay for them :p

I dont know, I had a spelk (Skelf if you are from north of the border) in it a couple of weeks ago, so the joint might have got infected, but its just hurt ever since, cant bend it all the way back. FC keeps kissing it better, but its not working yet, I dont think she is trying hard enough :p

    That's the one I got :T

Its a noisy beast but good suction :)

I'm sure Ive seen these in store recently at less than £119, might be worth having a look?

I can put up with some noise Mildred if the suction is good. :)

Mr TS hates it, has just asked why do I have to get a new one. :rotfl:
