    Afternoon mad squad,

    I need some advice please,

    I booked a weeks holiday all inclusive in Mallorca through teletext holidays, Tuesday 9th September - Tuesday 16th. On Friday night I heard rumours from other guests at the hotel that the hotel was bankrupt and due to close on Monday at 12pm. I phoned teletext and after several unhelpful phone calls they eventually told me they could do nothing until Monday. Eventually at approx 1pm we got moved to an alternative hotel. Probably due to the fact the hotel was bankrupt it was in a bit of a rundown state and the staff were not exactly at their best (to say the least). I'll spare you most of the details but Mrs99p described the holiday as a disaster. I've taken a few photos of the rundown state of the place for evidence. I was also on Spanish news(lol). What course of action should I be taking here?

    TIA

    Sorry,, don't know what action you can take unless the tour operator misrepresented the holiday. Was just wondering what the hotel name was though as we are hoping to book a last minute holiday soon and tour operators do not always take these off their books immediately.

    he always gets tickets and parking fines and i always ring him to give him the news (normaly a huge rant to :)

    No I dont! Lol! I just never have.

    I think it stems from both our mothers would open our mail when we lived at home so we both leave each other's post alone. But we will phone each other if we are waiting for something or it looks important.

    Sod it, I'm opening it

    They have pictures and I am in the box junction.

    I am only in the box junction because someone pulled out of the side road into my lane forcing me to stop to let them in.

    I had dropped my dd off at a party and thought I'd go and browse the matalan that we don't go past often as it's far away. The traffic was so bad I had 10 minutes in matalan a didn't buy anything and then I had to rush back to get dd.

    I'm really angry with myself ! :mad::mad::mad:
