A penalty charge notice has arrived! The car is in DP's name so I can't open it until he calls me back (he's at work) I've prised the window as possible and from the place they say is only somewhere that I went last Saturday. Or we were both in the car and I was driving on Sunday.
From looking at google maps I reckon it's a yellow box junction. I wouldn't of got stuck in that on the Sunday as it was midnight and the road was clear.
On the Saturday it was massive tail backs all the way down the road and I didn't get out of first gear the whole time.
Dammit!!!
I am loathe to pay Transport for London any money because they are thieving rat bags!!0 -
And I am going to be in big trouble with DP as I got a parking ticket not too long ago too.

Don't know, sorry. I would have thought it'd say if you'd get points though...
I know someone already mentioned it but DR O is 1.50 in As now! Don't think it'll compare as that seems to be dodgy but still, free pizza is free pizza.
I'm hoping they have all the flavours in my As coz I only think the mushroom one is worth eating, even at free. :rotfl: 0 -

I always open the mail too, unless it's obviously a birthday card or other such mail he might like to do himself. :rotfl:
I do it because he refuses to open his mail and so I wouldn't get all the bill info if I didn't. And I'm nosier.

I got one a few days ago. I got caught speeding...doing 35 in a 30 zone.
My silly fault. The choice was £100 fine and 3 points or a 4 hour speed awareness course costing £80 and no points.
I'm doing the course.
Cops were pretty sneaky hiding round a bend half way down a steep hill that is very hard to stay at 30 mph as it is a wide road and 3 lanes and it is so tempting to go faster.
Still I am at fault. So just have to live & learn.
Afternoon all. I haven't had chance to catch up. This is me today.

Afternoon mad squad,
I need some advice please,
I booked a weeks holiday all inclusive in Mallorca through teletext holidays, Tuesday 9th September - Tuesday 16th. On Friday night I heard rumours from other guests at the hotel that the hotel was bankrupt and due to close on Monday at 12pm. I phoned teletext and after several unhelpful phone calls they eventually told me they could do nothing until Monday. Eventually at approx 1pm we got moved to an alternative hotel. Probably due to the fact the hotel was bankrupt it was in a bit of a rundown state and the staff were not exactly at their best (to say the least). I'll spare you most of the details but Mrs99p described the holiday as a disaster. I've taken a few photos of the rundown state of the place for evidence. I was also on Spanish news(lol). What course of action should I be taking here?
TIAI do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0
