May be old news but lots of baking stuff RTC in Ts this morning. (one bonus of DS starting school is that it is right next door to Ts
) Got stocked up ready to decorate DS2s Christening cake next month and the Christmas cake after that
454g packs of Dr Oetker Regalice and marzipan £1.27 and 80p respectively. Renshaws multipack primary colours half price at £1.99. Silver spoon dark chocolate chips 42p.
Lots of other cake cases, decorations etc reduced too. Not amazing prices but good for things that aren't often on offer
Logie, hope you're keeping well Hun
If you have a B&M nearby may be worth looking, I saw the Dr O tubes of decorations 2 for £1 if they're you're kind of thing

If it makes you feel any better I've done nothing all morning :rotfl:
Really should be getting organised as I need to pick DD up in less than an hour and then head into town to meet OH at lunchtime....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Is it made up of weird things like black pudding is?
I think I'll stick to chicken
My irons broken! Can you do my ironing for me?
Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement? The broken one is one of them steam generator ones that sits on a big base.
It doesn't have to be that style (this one is a 6 year old hand me down) it just has to not burn the ironing board if I accidently leave it on there

Did Scotland not have the £pound before the English so really they should change:rotfl:If Scotland did get rid of the pound surely with the influx of notes going to England it would devalue the value?
Scotland as a country pay alot into England and it has been said that we would be richer off without English-maybe not straight away but we have loads going for us, the description being used is that Scotland is the battered wife and England the husband who is now saying dont leave me. . if England was better off i am sure plenty of politicians would be saying so but instead they are pushing the better together and making last minute promises
If it is a no vote i think we might be punished for daring to vote for independence .
If yes England can get their nuclear arms to f**** -the suggestion that they should go to Portsmouth has been laughed at as it would harm too many english people but its okay for where it is currently -would wipe out most of scotland. England also changed the water borders in secret so that english waters go way up into Scotland - again if this went to court this would have to be given back as it was changed without our consent .. i could go on
Much of what you write is nonsense peddled by Salmond and his cohorts...do some real research!;)
Couple of minor points...
The sea border is set by UN convention and not by the "english" and follows the land border diagionally in to the sea
