That's exactly how I feel from this side of the border. When I settled here or lived in any of the many places Ive lived in, Ive never felt like I had left home. Just that I'd moved to a different part of my home.

I respect everyone's point of view because it means different things to different people and what will be will be.

I can't imagine how tense it must be for you all. I just hope that whatever happens, that things remain peaceful and people can put the squabbling and difference of opinions behind them and move forward.

Try and enjoy the day and the important job you will be doing. Something to tell your grandchildren :A

I'm sure it will be an interesting days work for me, I will smile and nod with them I can't get into discussions with voters.

My oldest has made his way home to be able to vote. I'm pleased everyone coming out. Usually turn out is terrible but people continue to moan about whatever government even though they not voted

Grand babies indeed. Little miss often says that, another story for the grandkids :D

its only my feeling, since the oil, half of the Scottish want to go independent. but they were happy being part of the uk when the nation was doing ok out of the uk. I do know the majority of posters on here are not that inclined

Another person here who doesn't want to get into it, but I'd take issue with that statement.

Scotland should vote NO.. half of my family are Scottish and they are in the YES, Last night I quizzed them on it and we had a right dingdong over it lol

I don't think they should have got the vote, its divided a lot of people and that's going to hurt the Scottish people after this ends.

But you cant make everyone happy.
