Evening all. Anyone know how to get rid of restless legs, its doing my head in, last few days i keep getting it, im pacing the floor at night time.

One of the (many) good things about going up to the midlands to visit my mate is the price of booze when we go out. I feel like Johnny big potatoes paying for a round but it's so bloody cheap compared to prices here.
