I was charged £6.95 for a glass of wine last night. I nearly had to be resuscitated

 I'm supposed to go to a wrap party tonight. Aside from starting at 11pm, I'm not paying £15 for a cocktail then going to a posh club in Mayfair. Just the thought of walking to Trafalgar Square to get a night bus, makes me glad I stayed at home!

Fancy saying that I walk about with my thing in my hand, the merry thought of it makes me feel rude and dirty. :o

:rotfl: I think it's a London thing, seen a lot of strange things this week, unfortunately ^ that included.

Yup.....I now know the value of stuff as well as the cost.

It was £11+ for a dry white and a pint of Black Sheep.
I honestly thought that we had paid for someone else's drinks as well:eek:
