  • HB have fudge products for £1.99 (rrp £15). My hairdresser has told me the company has been sold so it's old stock. I love their stuff. There's the French styling milk (great as a finishing balm to add hold and shine) hair clay (fab for gents) and matt mineral volume (can feel a bit tacky so more of a going out product to texture roots) really good value at £2 as I've been paying a lot more from hairdressers.

I understand what you mean but it's wrong. The SNP are not the only party for independence. However the main point is that it doesn't happen immediately and there is agreement for negotiations to be done by 2016 which is the same year as the Holyrood election so in reality it'd be Labour that ran the first 4/5 years as i expect the Labour dominance or at least a coalition to return in Scotland next time.

Depends if they get independence and the SNP are the main contenders for that train of thought. ALex Salmond is the face of it all, who knows.

Its actually getting kinda scary living up here the now and depending on how things go the next few years could the last person to leave please turn off the lights

    Hi all.

Could one of you advise me please.

I've seen a flat for £60K. It's 2 bed and is on the 2nd floor. I've been to see it and quite like it, but the service charge is giving me the willies. Last year it was almost £2K and I know the service charge can vary and can either go up or down. What do you guys make of that? Yay or nay? Please and thanks to anyone who can help. I'm a first time buyer and knowing how thick I am, I know I would make the wrong decision if it was left to me. :(:(:(
