That stupid bike race (sorry if you like bike racing) caused me no end of problems on Sunday as had a wedding to attend with Mum.
Couldn't get near where Wedding Ceremony was taking place. Bride and Groom and entourage had to have a police escort to get through closed roads.
We only got there after they were married and that involved going down access only roads.
My Sat Nav doesn't have live updates, but think all the other guests must have as we were the last to arrive. On way out saw bikes go past in a flash, but still had to negotiate closed roads to get to Aintree Racecourse for the Vintage Tea Dance.

Complaint to ronseal being constructed. That stuff claims it's one coat. One coat my 'arris :mad:

Evening QOC I made the same mistake and bought Ronseal and had the same problem:eek: and reverted back to good ol Wicks own make and only needed one coat:T

I'm all YooMoo-ed up:) At least for now. I may have to try one each of the four flavours tonight ... purely in the cause of extending the sum total of humanity's knowledge, you understand.

For any one with MOCs and on the hunt for these, from my own personal explorations today (all at large superstores): Sainsbobs stocks them; Waities stocks them; Morries doesn't; !!!!!! doesn't; Booths doesn't; don't know about Sada.

Got my Halifax £100 today. Still no phone call/text from them like you all seem to get. Just got a letter today from Halifax and TSB and checked my Halifax account and there was the £100
