I will try that tomorrow. I know I have a trojan bug on lappy but it says it is isolated and safe. Interesting as mum is also having a pop up problem on her brand new lappy. So I presume I google malwarebytes and run on lappy and could well sort it out.
Mums new lappy has been doing this longer than mine so will do hers to. Was so mad I nearly paid out tonight but knew the Elite had the answer.

On the plus side have worked out how to add emoticons on my phone, now trying to see if I can add to my tablet keyboard.
