Or those whose phones aren't compatible with the app! Mine's a samsung and so it doesn't work. Don't know why and I would have thought samsung was a big enough brand for them to try but no...

I had loaded a couple of offers on to my smartphone (£1 off haircare and 50 extra points for a meal deal)

When I went to pay I asked if the offers had appeared on my advantage card - they hadn't but the nice lady took £1 off and added 50 point manually. We both commented on how we preferred the old fashioned way of doing things
