My DD does karate, I was a bit :eek: when she said she wanted to, but she Loves it, not only does it teach the obvious but also discipline, and self control and has given her more confidence.

Mum just asked us what we wanted for tea tonight. "Would you like scotch eggs?" she says. "You having a larf mum?" I says. "You having a right larf ?? - I'd rather have my teeth pulled!"

One of her male mates at work said there was no way women could punch as hard as blokes and challenged her to punch him. My mate was a karate expert he joined the Army he did his first salute and killed himself.
