    My DD did karate for a couple of years, unfortunately had to stop because of her cinema work, but still has one incredible punch on her! It did boost her confidence massively. One of her male mates at work said there was no way women could punch as hard as blokes and challenged her to punch him. So she did, and she pulled the punch, he did not lay that challenge down again! Funnily enough he never tried winding her up again either :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I had a rubbish night sleep OH made my 5o clock tea with normal instead of decaffeinated. Took me ages to go to sleep. He blinking woke me up whilst still sleeping, talking to me. Then DS go up. Argh!!!
    I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)
