Other companies delivery drivers manage to present themselves well, don't expect a smart uniform like some use just presentable would be good. Or am I being a fussy mare.

Yes Yodel have got a bad reputation have heard of lots of goods not turning up and drivers lying about delivering goods and this did happen to me personally I ordered a My Little Pony castle and was in all day when it was supposed to be delivered nothing turned up and couldn't get through on the customer service number so found and phoned the local office number to be told it had been delivered verse and as nobody was in the driver left it under the door mat when I challenged this I got nowhere did get my money back but had used a 1\2 price voucher and company wouldn't allow me to reorder using voucher as had been used

Thankyou strewth have just braved something to eat. Thankfully I know it is just a stress thing as was scanned for gallstones before my mum passed away as the bouts were very frequent. Now it's every couple of months when I get worked up about something.

How is your DD today, is she comfortable. Must be such a worry for you. xx

But that's awful you could not just get it again for the same price. :eek: Was it not possible to get any compensation from Yodel?

dont worry about you other daughter she will make friends, at the moment it is all new and it takes a while to settle down, my ds3 had his first day at college yesterday and spent the day on his own as he knows no one, he had to walk from the school and across town on his own as he did not know the other lads that were going, but I was more worried than him, he said they will all get to know each other and be fine.
was annoyed as they get bus passes to get home but finish at 4.30 and the bus leaves at 4.40 but he is on the harbourside and the bus is 20 mins away so he missed it :mad: luckily oh was about so managed to pick him up as we live 10 miles away

No yodel weren't interested they took the drivers side even said driver would visit me to discuss it with me needless to say nobody did and they did have my correct address
