Morning Everyone - last day of school holidays today
My last oven (was really old and condemned!) we left outside and someone knocked within a few hours and asked if they could have it.
I suppose at least they had the decency to ask but if we hadn't been in they'd have probably taken it anyway :rotfl:
I always leave stuff destined for the tip outside early in the day, most of the time it never makes it there (someone pinched a Moses basket with a hole in it, off the top of my bin many years ago :rotfl: )Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Random question, does everyone get Yodel deliveries really late?
The wine I ordered was meant to arrive between 7am and 7pm yesterday but it didn't arrive until gone 7pm.
I just clicked for next day delivery and have done the same for the fizz.
Parcelforce is always nice and early as does Fed Ex mid morning, UPS either before lunch or just after but Yodel is law unto their own.
I wonder if the drivers plan their own routes and if so I wonder if its worth putting a note with your order?
Last time, my driver said he started with the Disney houses on the hill ( mind you they are big spenders - he says they use their garages as wine cellars with it in racks arranged along the walls!) then he does the little villages and outlying areas before gradually working his way into town so his last delivery is close to home and he gets back in time to the school run“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
