Please only bump if you have something new to add - like it working! There is no benefit to repeated bumps confirming that the comp still doesn't work, it just annoys people by repeatedly bringing this thread to the top of the list.
I did query this with them on Facebook but they haven't replied, I'll chase it up again at lunchtime. If anyone else would like to give them a nudge that might help - maybe try twitter or whatever method you can find.0 -
Late bump but I decided to use an email address they have on another competition page (competitions@lovedbyparents.com) instead!
