Wonder if anyone can offer my son some advice please he has a two year fixed deal coming to the end on the 30th November, he wants to remortgage on line with them, not changing anything term or amount, but there are some good deals at the moment and he wants to tie in again before they change again He paid his mortgage…

At long last he managed to complete the application on line again and has returned the signed mortgage offer forms to them. His boilder has just broken down and needs replacing, so going to cost a lot, will they need to see bank statements or will it all go through now Many thanks
