parking Eye Fake Court Docs????

Hello,
I received a "parking fine" a year ago from a car park in stockport by Parking Eye. They send a letter to my house stating I needed to pay the "fine". i found a template that someone posted on here and sent it back stating the usual (Please provide evidence, proof of loss etc). and now and again I get a letter asking for more money. These letters I usually just throw in a bin, but this time they have send, what looks like court documents.
On looking at them further, they seem fake, however I wondered if anyone else has had these documents before or should I be worried.
I have attached them to this post, please let me know what you think.

Far from being fake, they look very real to me!
Read post 5 of the newbie thread fairly quickly if I were you.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0 -
why would you say they are fake ?
PE issue tens of thousands of these every year at the moment, through the bulk handling centre for MCOL at Northampton
so I would say they are real, very real, which you can check on the MCOL website
ignore them at your peril0 -
You seem to have missed the clear advice for almost two years, NOT to ignore ParkingEye and also missed the fact that they issued court claims to over 17000 people in a year. You really think they are fake court papers? NOPE! Read all the hundreds of other threads about defending a PE court claim on here and on pepipoo forum:Hello,

... which is littered with other people who also for some mad reason, ignored a PCN rather than winning at POPLA while they had the chance. Presumably you had a POPLA code (your golden ticket) but preferred to risk being sued. That day has come - get reading the Newbies thread post #5 all about court defences.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
