Industrial injury benefits appeal

I have recently had my appeal for the above upheld in my favour,by the Tribunal Courts,well 4 weeks ago,my benefit has been backdated to 5th 'March. However I am getting fed up with having to make weekly phone calls to see when my payments will be processed,somewhat confused as the last call,resulted in,just because you have won,doesn't mean you will get the backdated money,what is the point of appealing at the court tribunal,winning and still not being awarded your money. Can anyone advise as I am due to go into hospital soon for an operation and would have liked this sorted before. Thank you.

...because they may have appealed against the decision.
