Experian Manual Update Filter Through

Hi there,
I have contacted a company who made an error on my report and have sent all of the credit reference agencies a "Manual Update" to my file, does anyone know how long this takes to go through and appear on the file? The mortgage company I will be using, use Experian and I have a subscription with them, so can view daily to see the update, but am wondering if anyone has any idea.
I asked to data controller who sent the manual update and he didn't know, he simply said Experian have the data now, it is in their hands.
