Help I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place

Hi, Like many people I've been told by atos than I'm fit to work, despite the fact my disability is getting worse, I scored 0 points.
I wont go into detail but I was told to claim JSA while the mandatory reconsideration process went through, which I did, I went to see my doctor and she gave me a sick note for 3 months because I'm not fit for work, I took this into the jobcentre and explained this to them and they told me I couldn't sign on as I wasn't available for work and would have to re-apply for ESA which I did, I did explain everything to them on the phone and after about an hour of questions thought that was it, BUT no I cant claim ESA because I've claimed in the last six months and I cant claim JSA because I'm not fit for work, in fact I'm told I cant get anything until the appeal process has gone through. How am I supposed to live on nothing I've been crippled since 2006 got no savings or anything like that and I'm frantic with worry wondering what to do. I feel helpless I already have a heart condition and this stress certainly doesn't help, please if anyone`s got any suggestions I would be most grateful.

you were correct to claim JSA, but why did you give them a sick note?
you probably just confused them and thats why they redirected you to ESA.
get an appointment for the JC and tell them that you wish to claim JSA whilst the DWP conduct a mandatory reconsideration on your ESA claim. there 'should' be no problem.
if the MR doesnt change the ESA decision, you can them appeal and ESA assessment rate will be reinstated

The problem with Andy and his repeatedly registering new accounts is being suspicious of other new accounts when his threads are deleted and his account is closed. :(
