anyone else found MS/goldfish changed their anniversary date for some reason???
Yes Carpy - just posted on another MS cashback thread.
Very annoying! For some reason its gone from August 2006 to January 2007. Great to look back at my November statements to see if say January (no year) as my anniversary! I have emailed customer services about this to ask for an explanation.
My concern is that it will affect the 1% going down to 0.5% rate in their Ts and Cs:
* The Cashback Bonus award is 1% of the first £2000 of Purchases in a particular year followed by 0.5% of the remaining Purchases made within your Credit Limit in that year (which year when apparently my anniversary is January 2007 - not August 2006?.
Did you complain to them at all?
