But motorists also have a sneaky trick to avoid Mr Plod's tricks. It's just a matter of sticking to the speed limits. Devious I know, but it can save you £££'s.

TBH OP, I was following an unmarked car (freelander) week before last and I was trying to work out what the small box mounted on the roof rack was. It was about the size of a 4pack of coke. Could be the thing you are on about?
I know it's an unmarked plod car because I've seen it pull someone over on my commute.0 -
