Under guarantee dishwasher

Dishwasher under guarantee not washing very well so manufacturers have been out to look at it under guarantee twice.

Understand contract is with supplier but what is the point of a manufacturers guarantee if they can't make it work properly? If they've already looked at it twice how come the supplier has to replace it and not them?

Because you didn't buy it from the manufacturer.

The manufacturer would need to provide feedback to the retailer if they are unable to resolve the complaint, this would most likely result in a replacement being authorized by the manufacturer if deemed appropriate resolution to the issue.
