Tax Credits overpayment AGAIN!!!

Hi, sorry this is a long story but will try and keep it quick. Any advice welcome!

HMR must have it in for us as we have had 3 letters in the past year saying they have overpaid us through different periods of time one dating back to 2011! They all probably total over £4000!! Now while i was working in my previous job, i only got about £20 a week! I do need to go to CAB about this really but im due to start a new job tomorrow and cant get there at the times. Our most recent letter last week was an overpayment of £226 because apprently i didnt tell them that me and my partner moved back with parents in Feb!! Now i rang them to tell them this and they oviously didnt do anything about it!! Thats why iv been sent this letter!! Im fuming, everytime i need help and have to claim it seems to me that we always get overpaid!! I dont even want to claim as everytime i do give it a few months and another letter will come through the post. Please can anyone shed light on this?!

Thanks
