Approx cost to fit 30m2 of solid oak flooring

Hi there,

I'm in the process of obtaining quotes for fitting new flooring so was hoping for some ballpark figures from you guys to help me compare!

I will source and supply the flooring itself (and probably the underlay) and I will probably rip up the existing flooring myself (if you think that is straightforward).

So, I will need the fitter to:
- rip off existing skirting
- cut under three architraves (I assume this is the best way...?)
- lay 30m2 of underlay
- lay 30m2 of solid oak planks
- fit new skirting
- apply finishing touches!

What do you think is reasonable to undertake the above? I am in Hampshire (Whiteley, near Fareham).

Thanks
James

Been quoted 400 for a similar area, but this was part of a quote for an extension and the skirting is probably included seperately elsewhere so you'd probably be looking at a bit more
