The OP may like to ask Ebay for a prepaid tracked returns label, they do sometimes oblige.

Hopefully with managed returns we'll see a drop in these types of thread. It will probably mean an increase in disgruntled sellers though.I did get an email from ebay this morning before the seller responded to the case saying they would pay the return postage costs. I'm guessing I'd get a prepaid tracked returns label once a return is agreed?.0
